Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Sprinkled Bake Shop does not accept returns or offer refunds on food products.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup. While refunds are not guaranteed, partial refunds, store credit, or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

My goal is for every customer to be satisfied, and I will do my best to address any concerns promptly and fairly.

Product Recall Policy

Customer safety is my top priority.

In the event that an ingredient or product used by Sprinkled Bake Shop is subject to a manufacturer or supplier recall, affected customers will be notified as quickly as possible.

Recall notices will be posted on:

  • The Sprinkled Bake Shop website

  • The Sprinkled Bake Shop Facebook page

Customers who have subscribed to the email list will also receive notification by email when applicable.

Recall notices will include the affected product(s), reason for the recall, and any instructions provided by the manufacturer, supplier, or regulatory agency.
