Our name represents a century of firsthand knowledge passed down through my family. Inspired by my grandmothers and mother, my love for baking blossomed early. I grew up watching both of my grandmothers whip up wonderful meals and stunning desserts. My Grandma Ruby taught me the magic of using ice water in pie crust when I was just nine. At ten, my father gave me my first cake decorating kit, sparking my creativity. My mother, who never missed an opportunity to cater a party or bake for a school event, worked tirelessly alongside my dad in their own restaurant industry throughout my childhood.

Even though my career took me into the business world, my passion for baking never faded. I adore making baked goods that are as beautiful as they are delicious, believing that everyone eats with their eyes first. From pretty sprinkles on cupcakes to intricately decorated cakes, I love creating visual delights.
